摘 要:目的探讨上海市2003年道路交通事故伤流行病学特征.方法收集上海市公安局2003年交通事故资料及相关信息,采用描述性方法分析事故特征和危险因素.结果2003年上海市共发生交通事故54 197起,死亡1 406人,受伤11 178人,直接经济损失约3.97亿元;事故发生率和综合事故率分别为311.48/万车和3.22/万,车辆和人口的致伤率与死亡率及事故致死率分别为64.24/万车与8.08/万车、83.31/10万人与10.48/10万人和11.17%.每日死亡事故高发时段为17:00~21:00,郊区事故致死率显著高于市区.98.69%事故为人为所致,其中机动车驾驶员占93.04%;伤亡人员主要为21~50岁青壮年,以骑自行车、行人和骑摩托车者最多见.结论改善道路交通条件、提高全民交通安全意识和加强医疗急救网络建设,是预防和控制道路交通事故严重后果的主要措施.Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of road traffic accident(RTA) injury in Shanghai in 2003. Methods The characteristics and risk factors of RTA were analyzed by descriptive study on the RTA data of Public Security Bureau and related information. Results There were 54197 RTA cases in 2003, 1406 cases were dead and 11 178 were injured. The direct economic loss was about 397 million Yuan RMB. The incidence of TRA and general accident rate was 311.48/10^4 and 3.22/10^4 respectively. The vehicle or population related injury rate and mortality, and TRA fatality was 64.24/10^4,8.08/10^4, 83.31/10^5, 10.48/10^5 and 11.17% respectively. The fatal RTA happened mainly in 17:00~21:00. The fatality in suburb was significantly higher than that in downtown. 98.69% of RTA was caused by human factor and 93.04% of them was vehicle driver. Most of the casualties were 21 ~ 50 years old and were bicyclist, pedestrians and motorcyclist. Conclusions The main strategies to decrease the fatality of RTA were to improve the road traffic environment, to propagandize the traffic safety perception in citizen and enforce the emergency medical service system.
