摘  要:在油气井固井注水泥顶替技术中,传统的一维轴向流顶替方式不能有效替净环空被顶替液;而使用旋流扶正器不仅提高套管居中度,还能使环空流体改变流速剖面而做螺旋运动,这使轴向驱替的同时增加一周向剪切驱动力,从而有利于将环空窄间隙滞留泥浆和井壁附着虚滤饼驱替干净,提高固井质量。文章对旋流扶正器本身结构、流体性能、施工排量与旋流发展之间的关系进行了较为全面的研究,研究得出的旋流周向速度的经验公式,计算精度较高,对计算边壁剪切应力,设计旋流扶正器的间距具有重要的意义。In the course of oil and gas well cementing, the drilling fluid in annular space couldn’t be effectively displaced by use of the conventional one dimensional axial flow displacement method. By applying cyclone centralizer, however, not only can the casing centrality be enhanced, but also the annular fluid motion can be changed into a spiral movement, in other words, the axial driving force coexits with a circumferentil shear driving force, thus being favourable to raising cement job quality through cleaning out the mud detained at the narrow clearance of annular space and the filter cakes attached to borehole wall. The relation between the cyclone centralizer stucture, fluid property and operating displacement and the helical flow development was overall studied, thus obtaining an empirical formula of calculating helical flow circumferential velocity with a high accuracy. Therefore this formula is of importance to the calculation of sidewall shear stress and the design for cyclone centralizer spacing.
