摘　　要：本文报告创伤后多系统器官衰竭46例,发生率为9.5%,死亡31例,病死率为67.4%。其主要临床特征为:①早期症状隐匿;②大多数发生在伤后的3～7天;③感染和休克是常见的诱因;④最早最多见的临床表现是呼吸衰竭;⑤预后差、死亡率高。本文还就其发病机理和对策进行了探讨。This article reports 46 patients of multiple system organ failure (MSOF) after wound with morbidity of 9.5%, which 31 patients died, and fatality rate of 67.4 %. Its main clinic feature are:①The early feature is hidden. ②MSOF. happened during 3～5 days after wound in most patients. ③The infection and shock are the common potential causes. ④The most early and common clinic feature is breath exhaustion. ⑤The anticipation is had and fatality rate is high. We discussed the cause and treatment of MSOF after wound in this paper.
