摘 要:目的:研究穿心莲(Andrographis paniculata)叶中的活性成分。方法:用各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从穿心莲叶中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:8-甲基新穿心莲内酯苷元(8-methylandrograpanin,Ⅰ)、3-脱氢脱氧穿心莲内酯(3-dehydrodeoxyandrographolide,Ⅱ)、新穿心莲内酯苷元(andrograpanin,Ⅲ)、8(17),13-ent-labdadien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ和Ⅲ为新天然产物,化合物Ⅳ和Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM : To study the bioactive ingredients of leaves of Andrographis paniculata Nees.. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography. Their structures were identified according to their physical and chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the leaves of Andrographis paniculata, and their structures were identified as 8-methylandrograpanin ( Ⅰ ), 3-dehydrodeoxy- andrographolide( Ⅱ ), andrograpanin ( Ⅲ ), 8 ( 17 ), 13-ent-labdadien-15→ 16-1actone -19-oic acid ( Ⅳ ), β-sitosterol (Ⅴ) and daucosterol (Ⅵ), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were classified as new natural products. Compounds Ⅳ and Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
