企业集团内部信息联盟与决策权分配研究

摘　　要：认识到信息变量在企业集团内部合作过程中的不可或缺性,提出将信息问题和集团组建的动因联系起来加以研究.从影响合作交易效率的信息状态角度出发,对集团内部信息共享机制和决策权分配问题进行了探讨:建立信息联盟决策模型,解释了交易主体为何结成信息联盟,获得了有关信息共享程度的直观结论;归纳出集团内部的三个信息共享层次,并提出了有关信息联盟增效的高度猜测性结论;从影响决策的信息角度,通过简单的模型证明了决策的合作性质是决定集团内部分权程度的重要因素.Considering that information variable is indispensable in the cooperative process within enterprise group, the author proposed that information problems should be associated with the origins of establishing enterprise group. From the view-angle of information state affecting cooperative trade efficiency, this paper discussed information-sharing mechanism and efficient decision authority allocation within enterprise group. Firstly, information alliance decision model was set up, which could explain why trade partners develop into information alliance. And from the equilibrium solutions of the model, direct conclusions on information-sharing degree were attained. Then, three information-sharing levels are were summed within group, and from this logic point, highly-conjecturing proposition about information alliance enhancing-efficiency was proposed. Finally, from the angel of information affecting decision-making, it was proved that cooperation characteristics of decision are key factors selecting authority-allocating degree within group.
