摘 要:针对射线检测焊接图像存在对比度差,灰度范围小,影像模糊,一般的增强方法不能在增强对比度同时较好保持边缘的问题,在分析传统模糊增强算法的基础上,引入广义模糊集合的概念.利用广义模糊变换范围大的特点,将图像映射到广义模糊空间,选用分段正弦函数作为模糊隶属度,提出一种适用于射线检测焊接图像的广义模糊增强算法.通过对焊缝图像进行广义模糊增强处理表明,该算法在增强对比度同时又可较好保持边缘.引入了模糊熵的方法来评价图像的增强效果,并对提出的正弦隶属度函数及广义模糊增强算子的特性进行了分析.Aiming at to the shortcoming that common enhancement contrast ratio and at the same time preserve edges well of radiograph method can not be adopted to improve the ic inspection weld image with bad contrast ratio, narrow range of grayscale and fuzzy image, the theory of generalized fuzzy set is introduced on the basis of analyzing traditional enhancement method. Using the characteristic of generalized fuzzy transition with big range, images are mapped to generalized fuzzy space and subsection sine function is chosen as fuzzy membership. In this way, a generalized fuzzy enhancement algorithm is put forward, which is applicable to radiographic inspection weld image. Using this algorithm to dealing with weld image, the contrast ratio can be improved and the edges can be preserved well. Fuzzy entropy is introduced to evaluate the enhancement effects and the characteristic of the sine membership function and generalized fuzzy enhancement operator is analyzed.
