摘  要:目的使用双眼远红外动态瞳孔测量仪在屈光手术前测量不同光线条件下的瞳孔直径,来评价其有效性。方法使用P2000SA瞳孔测量仪测量58例患者瞳孔直径,每位患者测量3种光线水平,双眼同时测量。结果各种光线条件下瞳孔均在运动着,平均瞳孔活动度为:暗光线下0.14mm,中等光线下0.35mm,强光下0.30mm。双眼瞳孔不等,在暗光线下平均0.26mm,中等光线下平均0.35mm,强光下平均0.16mm。结论不同光线条件下瞳孔活动度不同,在中等光线下最大,且双眼很少相同。所以双眼瞳孔测量仪可以更好的获得屈光手术前患者的瞳孔运动,评价其手术适应度。Objective To assess the role of binocular infrared dynamic pupillometer in measuring the pupil size in scotopic, low mesopic, and high mesopic illumination prior to refractive surgery. Methods To evaluate the patients' pupil sizes using the P2000 SA pupillometer. Each patient is measured at 3 illumination levels: scotopic, low mesopic and high mesopic. Both eyes are imaged at the same time. Results Pupillary unrest occurred at all illuminatilon levels. The median PU is 0.14mm in the scotopic range, 0.35mm in the low mesopic range, 0.30mm in the high me.topic range. The degree of anisocoria varies among individuals. The median value is 0.26mm in the scotopic range, 0.35mm in the low mesopic range, 0.16mm in the high mesopic range. Conclusions Patients show an appreciable degree of papillary motion during measurement at all illumination levels. The motion is the largest under low mesopic illumination. The two pupils are rarely identical. Multiple- measurement binocular pupillometry is better to gain a precise description of pupil behavior before refractive surgery.
