摘  要:目的:比较电机械标测与X线左心室造影对正常及梗死后左心室收缩功能及心肌状态的评价.方法:家猪8头,分别于栓塞冠状动脉左前降支前后进行双斜位左心室及电机械标测.结果:正常心脏电机械标测获得的左心室三维图像与双斜位左心室造影图像吻合.梗死后1h左心室造影与电机械标测图形吻合,但电机械标测可以区分缺血区域和梗死区域.结论:电机械标测可以获得与左心室造影一致的左心室三维立体图像,并且可以区分缺血与梗死心肌.AIM: To evaluate normal and infarction myocardium by electromechanical mapping system or left ventricular angiography. METHODS.. Eight swine were mapped by NOGA and left ventricular angiography before and after embolization of left anterior descending. RESULTS: Three-dimensional images of left ventricule ob- tained by NOGA were consistent with LAO and RAO left ventricular angiography in normal myocardium. In infarction myocardium, the three-dimensional images of left ventricle obtained by NOGA were also consistent with LAO and RAO left ventricular angiography. NOGA system could differentiate ischemic myocardium from infarct myocardium whereas left ventdcular angiography could not. CONCLUSION: NOGA system can obtain three-dimensional images of left ventricle and differentiate ischemic myocardium from infarct myocardium.
