摘  要:应用比耳定律,对干电池锌筒中铋的测定进行了探讨。采用碘化钾分光光度法测定铋,试样用盐酸-过氧化氢溶解,在盐酸酸性溶液中,加入显色剂碘化钾及还原剂硫脲,消除铜、铁元素的干扰,使碘离子与铋离子生成黄色络合物,其颜色强度与铋的浓度成比例。试验表明:该法操作简便,快速,并有良好的重现性。测定铋的标准偏差在!0.0080187以内,相对标准偏差≤2.3385%。标准加入法的回收率为99.71%"99.95%,平均为99.83%。The determination of bismuth in the zinc can of primary battery was studied based on the Beer's Law. Spectrophotometric determination adopted potassium iodide.The sample used the hydrochloric acid-hydrogen peroxide deliquescence, in hydrochloric acid acidity aqua, joined to color reagent potassium iodide and reduction reagent thiourea, cancelling copper, ferrous interference, made the iodine ion match with bismuth and yellow complexometric in the ion of bismuth, which color strength in proportion to the concentration of the bismuth. The method is simple, quick and reliable for operation. The experimental results show that the standard deviation of determination of bismuth is not more than ± 0.008 018 7; the relative standard deviation is not more than 2.338 5%; the recovery rate by the standard addition is 99.71%-99.95%; and the average recovery rate is 99.83%.
