摘 要:[目的]探讨肘关节不同屈伸角度时提携角的变化,为肘关节畸形矫正及假体设计、置换等提供参考依据。[方法]随机选取100名学生,按性别分为两组,每组50名,分别测量每位学生两侧上肢在肘关节屈曲0、30、60、90、120°时提携角的大小,并比较不同性别同侧肢体及同性别左右肢体提携角的情况。[结果]提携角随肘关节屈曲角度的增大而变小;在同一肘关节屈曲位女性提携角平均值明显大于男性提携角平均值(P<0·05):活动为主的肢体,提携角大于对侧(P<0·05)。[结论]不同性别及同一性别两侧肢体的提携角明显不同,进行肘关节畸形矫正和假体置换时,要保留恰当的提携角,以期肢体外形和肘关节功能有良好恢复。[ Objective] To measure the carrying angle of elbow (CAE) at different elbow flexion and to provide reference index for correction of elbow malformation and elbow prosthesis design. [ Method] One hundred adult students were divided into two groups in term of sex, each fifty. CAE at 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 flexion were measured. The correlation between CAE and a number factor such as sex, handedness was evaluated. [ Result] The CAE decreased when the angle of elbow flexion increased in the same flexion angle of elbow, the average degree of female's CAE was obviously larger than that of male's (P 〈 0. 05). The CAE was always larger on the dominant hand side (P 〈 0. 05). [Conclusion] The CAE of different sex and different limbs of the same person are obviously dissimilar. Appropriate CAE should preserve during correction of elbow malformation and elbow prosthesis replacement.
