摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺结核的声像图表现。方法回顾性分析5例甲状腺结核的声像图特点,包括结核病灶大小、形态、回声、边界、血流等,并与手术及病理结果对照分析。结果甲状腺结核的声像图表现是:体积较大,椭圆形,内多呈混合回声或低回声,内部回声不均匀,边界不清晰,血流不丰富及其内可伴钙化灶。结论超声对甲状腺结核的诊断有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of thyroid tubereulosis. Methods The size,sbape,echogenicity,contour,and color Doppler features of 5 thyroid tubereulosis were assessed,and then compared with the results of operation or pathology.Results Ultrasonography showed that thyroid tuherculosis tended to be large,beterogeneous,hypoechoic and poorly defined masses with few of color signals within,around the lesions and caleification in it.Conclusion Ultrasonographic examination is useful for diagnosing thyroid tuberculosis.
