摘 要:目的:观察配制抗癌药物(ADs)时逸散在空气中药物的浓度,以及被人体吸入的可能性;分析风险因素,并探讨其防护对策。方法:以氟尿嘧啶注射液(5-Fu)为ADs敏感评价指标,采取空气、口罩样本,用紫外-可见光光度法,做5-Fu逸散物的定性、定量检测。结果:工作台密闭状态空气中5-Fu含量为(0.00063±0.00032)g/100 ml,口罩为(0.00012±0.00016)g/100 ml,开放时口罩为(0.00423±0.00175)g/100 ml,口罩上测得的数据间接证明有吸入空气中5-Fu的可能性。结论:紫外-可见光光度法可为工作场所微量Ads监测提供直接的数据。呼吁相关部门制定Ads职业接触卫生学评价标准及职业接触限值。Objective: To observe the drug concentration in the air after dispending anfince-plasficdrug (ADs) and the possibility of in- halation, to analyze the risk factors and explore the preventive measures.Methods: The 5-Fu injection was used as the ADs sensitivity evaluation criterion, the air and mask were collected after dispending ADs as samples, qualitative and quanfitive test to the 5-Fu hangover by ultraviolet-visible light photometric method. Results: The quantity of 5-Fu was 0.00063-0.00032 g/100 ml in the air and 0.00012-0.00016 g/100 ml in the mask after hermetically-sealed dispending and 0.00423-0.00175g/100 ml in the mask after open dispending. The data measured from the mask indirectly proved the possibility of inhalation of 5-Fu in the air. Conclusion: The ultraviolet-visible light photometric method can provide direct data for the micro-quantity ADs survey of work space. We call on tile relevant department to map out the hygienic evaluation criteria of professional contact with ADs and tile restrictive value of professional contact.
