我国全面建设小康社会的健康素质指标体系及标准研究

摘　　要：目的:为建立一个以人为本、与经济发展、社会进步相适应的小康社会国民健康素质指标体系与标准。方法:采用社会学研究方法,进行Delphi调查,专家小组论证。结果:建立了一组包括目标指标与措施保障指标两部分共15个细目的健康素质指标体系与标准。结论:随着时间的推移,建立的指标标准参考值还需观察变化趋势,分析数量规律,进行修正完善。Objective： To accomplish corresponding health quality indexes and its＇ standards, which sticks to the principle of respecting human and developing economics and society in building well-off society of higher standard in an round way. Method： An inquiry was conducted with the method of Delphi investigation which belonged to the social science research. Results： 15 items including objective and measure health quality indexes and its＇ standards were composed. Conclusion： Tiffs set of health quality indexes and its＇standards should be modified perfectly with the time going on.
