摘 要:为了减少生产现场远程监控系统中最为关键的视频图像的传输时滞效应,提出了一种基于视觉图像监控效用信息的制造现场远程视频监控集成方案,并与 DivX视频编码及实时传输协议/实时传输控制协议结合,实现对异地远端的制造系统与生产进程的实时可视化监控。另外,对平面磨床加工流程现场监控的结果进行分析后得出,在保证监控质量的同时,能够有效控制视频传输码率并降低监控数据量,减少繁杂冗余的现场视觉信息对生产监控的负面影响,使系统的实时性与生产监控效率得以提高。For cutting down the time-lapse of the video transfer on Internet in the remote video monitor system, an integration solution method of the foveated vision based remote video monitor for the production on-the-spot was presented. Besides, some video coding such as DivX, and network protocols such as RTP/RTCP were combined with the method to implement the real-time visual monitoring of the manufacturing systems and production processes in distance. Furthermore, A grinding machine process was remote monitored and some analysis and experimental results were given. It was showed that either the video transfer rate could be controlled or the monitor data were cut down as the same time in the monitor system. As a result, the negative effects on production monitoring due to the complex redundant visual information in the production locale were decreased, and therefore the system real-time ability and the efficiency of production monitoring were improved.
