摘　　要：阐述了可持续发展的内涵,强调了科教兴国战略对可持续发展的重要作用。并在肯定民营院校及其图书馆 的主流作用的基础上,针贬了其与可持续发展战略严重背离的种种现象,最后提出了相应的对策。The papers have explained the intension of sustainable development; and have emphasized the importance of the strategies of prospering the nation through science and education on sustainable development. And on the foundation of affirming the major functions of academies and its libraries, the papers have been seriously directed against all sorts of phenomena deviated from sustainable development strategies and finally have put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
