摘　　要：新时期高等教育的改革和发展给高校图书馆的藏书建设提出了新的要求,结合工作实践把稳定发展理论运 用到高校图书馆的藏书建设与发展中,针对高校图书馆藏书建设存在的问题提出了发展对策,以确保高校图书馆藏书建设 的可持续性发展。In the new Era, the reformation and development of higher education makes new requirements to the construction of library collection of universities and colleges. This article, combined theory with work experience, puts the theory of stable development into use in the onstruction and development of the academic library collection, and offers development trategies to resolve the existing problems in order to keep sus tainable development of the construction of academic library collection.
