摘　　要：论述了网络环境下加强文献检索室管理队伍建设的必要性,明确了文献检索室管理人员必备的综合素质, 提出了加强文献检索室管理队伍建设的有效措施。In the network environment, this article discusses the necessity of working for the development of document retrieval room＇s management troops, clearly defines the unified quality that the management troops must possess and puts forward the effective measures to strengthen the construction of the management troops.
