摘 要:利用ANSYS软件对受口模入口处周期性振动的压力驱动的非牛顿幂律聚合物熔体在“L”形异型材挤出口模内的流动过程进行了三维等温数值模拟,以曲线图、等值线图和等值面图的形式展示了不同条件下的反映流动全貌的速度场、压力场和应力场。结果表明:由于振动场的引入,熔体速度、压力、应力均产生振动,其频率和入口压力的振动频率相同,但振幅从口模入口至出口逐渐衰减,直至消失;压力从口模入口至出口近似线性递减,但在入口附近有一个急剧下降而后又短暂上升的过程,这是因振动的引入而产生的特殊现象。In this paper, the three dimensional isothermal numerical simulation is conducted by means of the ANSYS software package for non-newtonian power-law polymer melt flow driven by a periodically oscillating entrance pressure through the extrusion die with an “ L” shaped cross section. The field of velocity, pressure and stress worked out under various conditions are exhibited by curves, contours and isoplethic planes. The results of numerical simulation show that because of the oscillation of the entrance pressure the velocity, pressure and stress of the polymer melt also oscillate at the same frequency as the entrance pressure with the amplitudes decreasing from the die entrance to the exit, till becoming zero, and the pressure decreases almost linearly from the die entrance to the exit except a sudden drop at first and then a brief ascent near the entrance, which is a special feature for the case under oscillation condition.
