摘  要:在退浆废水中,聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种污染严重又难以生物降解的物质.采用Fenton法对其进行预处理,可明显地改善其生化性.研究表明,当溶液初始pH值为4.0,H2O2/Fe2+(摩尔浓度比)=10,H2O2/COD(质量浓度比)=1.5,反应温度为40℃,反应30 min时Fenton预处理的效果最佳,COD去除率达到80%以上,BOD/COD值也由0.1左右增加到0.7.经过活性污泥法的处理,COD去除率由未经预处理时的2%提高到88%左右.In the desizing wastewater of textile industry, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a kind of nonbiodegradable pollutant. Fenton pre-treatment can improve its biodegradability significantly. In this study, the optimum condition of PVA pre-treatment was obtained as follows: the initial pH of solution was 4.0, the molar ratio of H2O2and Fe^2+ was 10 to 1, the concentration ratio of H2O2and CODwas 1.5 to 1, the reaction temperature was 40 ℃ and the reaction time was 30 min, respectively. Under the above conditions, the removal efficiency of COD was more than 80% and the ratio of BOD and COD increased from about 0.1 to 0.7. In the activated sludge process, the removal efficiency of COD with the Fenton pre-treatment reached about 88 %, while that without pre-treatment was only 2%.
