摘 要:目的探索红景天挥发油最佳提取工艺条件,并对药材挥发油的提取过程进行深入探讨。方法采用正交实验法,确定红景天挥发油优化提取工艺条件。在此基础上,采用适当的动力学模型对提取过程实验数据进行拟合,得出了红景天挥发油提取过程的动力学数学模型。结果优化提取工艺条件为:将药材粉碎过60目筛,用8倍量水提取6h;优化条件下的动力学数学模型为:ln(Vs-V)=-4.1×10-3t-0.7496(r=-0.9970)。结论在所选的条件范围内,药材粒度、加水量和提取时间对提取效果都无明显影响。所得提取过程的数学模型较好地表达了挥发油提取率和提取时间的关系,可用于指导红景天挥发油提取过程的工程放大和生产过程的优化控制。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of essential oil from Rhodiola crenulata make sure the kinetic property of the extraction process.METHODS Orthogonal design was used for optimizing extraction conditions, and the relationship model between the yield and the extraction time was established: In (Vs - V) = - Kt + A, in which K and A were determined as parameters. RESULTS The optimized extraction conditions were : the size of material powder should be less than 60 mesh, adding 8 folds of water, and extracting for 6 hours. The kinetics model of extraction process of essential oil was : In ( Vs - V) = - 4.1 x 10^3 t - 0. 7496( r = - 0. 9970). CONCLUSION In the selected conditions,three factors including the size of material, the amount of adding water and the range of extracting time, do not effect extractior obviously. The kinetics model matches experimental data well, and can optimize and control the process of extraction of essential oil of Rhodiola crenlata.
