摘  要:目的测定头液中水杨酸和苯酚的含量.方法应用系数倍率紫外分光光度法,在298 nm和272 nm不经分离直接测定头液中两组份的含量.结果水杨酸在8~16 μg·ml-1范围内与吸光度的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=0.48%(n=3);苯酚在4~8 μg·ml-1范围内与吸光度的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.33%,RSD=0.58%(n=3).结论方法简便、快速、准确,适用于该制剂的快速检验.OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of salicylic acid and phenol in hair solution, METHODS The concentrations of two in - gredients in the hair solution were directly determined at 272 nm and 298 nm by K - ratio spectrophotometry without separation. RESULTS Salicylic acid presented a good linear relation ship within a range of 8 - 16μg - ml^-1( r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 99.71%, with RSD of 0.48 % ( n = 3), phenol presented a good linear ralation ship within a range of 4 - 8μg.ml^-1( r = 0.9998), The average recovery of phenol was 99.33 % with RSD of 0,58 % (n = 3), CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for rapid assay of the preparation.
