抗癌新药紫杉醇的药剂学研究概况

摘　　要：紫杉醇抗癌活性强，是目前抗癌药物的研究热点。本文对已经上市的紫杉醇注射液，以及目前正在开发中的紫杉醇新处方和气剂型如脂质体、静脉乳、毫微囊、植入片等的研究现状发动态进行综述。axo ,a strong and broad-spectrum anti-cancer agent,possesses a unique mechanism of cytotoxic actio ,mowis the research focused on anti-cancer drugs. In this paper,the current pharmaceutical research and development oftaxol,including iv injections sold in market,the new formulation and dosage forms,such as hposome,iv emulsion,implant disc are reviewed.
