摘  要:以一年生盆栽刺槐无性系苗BH327和BH56为试验材料,研究了NaCl胁迫对生长、体内Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+等矿质离子含量及地上部分各器官对K+、Ca2+、Mg2+(相对于Na+)选择吸收的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫明显抑制了刺槐元性系的生长,无性系BH56组织中K+、Ca2+、Mg2+水平增高,高盐胁迫下,苗木由根向茎和由茎向上部叶选择性运输Ca2+、Mg2+的能力增强;BH327与BH56的结论相反。本文从体内离子分配及选择性运输角度讨论了各无性系在盐胁迫下受伤害情况及耐盐的机理。The growth of black locust clones( BH56 and BH327) and their ionic absorption,distribution and selective transportation were studied under different salt stresses. The results were as follows: Salt stress inhibited the growth of black locust clones. K ^+ ,Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ contents of shoot tissue of black locust clone BH56 get higher. Ability of transporting Ca^2 + , Mg^2 + from root to shoot and from shoot to top leaves under high salt concentrations level got stronger than that of control. But BH327 was contrary to BH56. The reasons for salt injury or salt tolerance among the clones under salt stress were also discussed on the aspects of ionic distribution and selective transportation.
