摘　　要：视气候资源为农业最基本的生产要素,以市场为导向,以农业可持续发展为目标,在剖析农业气候资源经济学属性的基础上,依据价值理论和系统理论,分析和探讨了如何运用财务盈利能力评价法和清偿能力分析法对农业气候资源开发项目进行经济性评价。According to the value and system theory, regarding climatic resource as the most fundamental factor of agricultural production, taking market as guide and agricultural sustainable development as goal analyzing the character of economics agricultural climatic resources as grounds, this paper discusses and inquires into the method of profitability and discharging ability to carry out economic evaluation on the item of agricultural climatic resources.
