摘 要:针对以聚丙烯酰胺为主的深部调驱剂要求油藏的地层水矿化度和地层温度低的问题,利用炼油催化裂化的副产物聚合形成油溶性树脂,再利用合成的油溶性树脂制备了乳化树脂深部调驱剂。对该调驱剂的稳定性、封堵性能及驱油性能进行了室内评价,结果表明,当树脂质量分数大于0.1时,乳化树脂调驱剂体系是稳定的,且随树脂质量分数及调驱剂注入量的增加,岩心封堵后的残余阻力系数先增加后下降,即存在最佳值,这对深部调驱是有利的。该调驱剂具有较好的提高采收率作用,可适用于温度低于120℃、地层水矿化度小于40000mg/L的油藏。The agent whose main component is polyacrylamide needs low formation water salinity and formation tem-perature when it is used for in-depth profile control and oil displacement.By-products coming from cata-lytic cracking were polymerized to oil soluble resin,the synthesized oil soluble resin was used for preparing e-mulsified resin as in-deep profile control and oil dis-placement agent.Laboratory evaluation of the stability, the plugging performance and oil displacement efficien-cy was performed.The results indicate that the emulsi-fied resin system for profile control and oil displace- ment is stable when the mass fraction of the resin ex-ceeds 0.1.As the increasing of the mass fraction of the resin and injection volume of profile control and oil dis-placement agent,the residual resistance coefficient of core after plugging is increased firstly and decreased subsequently,namely the optimum value of it is in ex-istence,this does good for in-deep profile control and oil displacement.This agent can improve the oil recov-ery and be used in oil reserovirs with the temperature of less than 120? and salinity.of formation water under 40 000mg/L.
