摘　　要：建筑是反映城市建设与发展最主要和最直接的元素.文章从生态建筑观的理念出发论述了气候因素在环境要素中的主导作用,概括了寒地城市气候特征及其带来的负面影响,总结了世界发达国家寒地城市建设的具体措施和发展动向,对我国寒地城市建设从三个方面提出了相关思考.Architecture is the foremost and direct element. This article discusses the leading effect of climatic factor in environmental factor from the Acologies view,generalizes the climatic features of winter city and the negative effects brought by it, sums up the material measures and development trend of winter city construction in developed countries worldwide,and proposes relative perspective for winter city construction in our country from three facets.
