腹腔镜胆囊切除术三孔操作的体会(附380例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜三孔法胆囊切除术的价值。方法对慢性结石性胆囊炎、慢性结石性胆囊炎急性发作、胆囊息肉行腹腔镜三孔法胆囊切除术380例的病人资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术成功率100%,平均手术时间32min,平均住院时间3.5d,无手术死亡率及其他并发症。结论腹腔镜三孔法胆囊切除术省时间,节省人力,由术者1人操作,其自身2只手操作更为协调。Objective To probe into the value of the cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope through three holes. Methods 380 patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis,chronic calculous cholecystitis acute episode and gallbladder polyp were given the operation of cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope through three holes. The data of them was analyzed retrospectively. Results All operations were successful without complications. The average time of operation was 32 minutes ,and the average days in hospital was 3.5. No patient died. Conclusions The cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope through three holes can be performed by one doctor,so it can save time and manpower.
