摘　　要：信任是社会资本的一个重要衡量指标,社会资本与信任对经济绩效的影响越来越显著。有较丰富资源与便利交通的湖北省诚信水平较低,制约了经济发展。湖北省需要培育社会资本,建立政府、市场与社会资本相结合的三位一体的湖北经济发展模式。Trust is an important index in measuring social capital and social capital plays an important role in economic development. There is low social capital in Hubei, which hinders the economic development. Hubei must poster social capital, construct the economic development model of government, market and social capital in the economic system.
