论“构建社会主义和谐社会”理论的历史意义

摘　　要：“构建社会主义和谐社会”理论的提出具有重大的历史意义,主要表现在:(1)是继“社会主义初级阶段”理论、“社会主义市场经济”理论之后,在关键时刻,我们党在社会主义建设规律认识上的又一次理论创新,是对“什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义”的理论升华;(2)是对马克思主义关于社会主义社会建设理论的丰富和发展;(3)使得中国特色社会主义事业的总体布局,更加明确地由社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设三位一体发展为社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设四位一体;(4)将会使社会主义初级阶段基本路线中的奋斗目标和社会主义初级阶段基本纲领的内容得到新拓展。The advancing of the theory of constructing a harmonious society of socialism is of great historic significance,which is mainly shown in the following： （1）It is another theoretical innovation of our Party in its understanding the law of socialist construction at the critical moment, following the theory about the primary stage of socialism and that of market economy of socialism ; it is also a theoretical sublimation on “What is socialism, and how to construct socialism？” ;（2）It enriches and develops Marxist theory on the construction of a socialist society;（3）It enables the overall layout of our cause of socialism with Chinese characteristic to change more precisely from the trinity of economic, political and cultural construction of socialism into the quaternity of economic, political, cultural and social construction of socialism; （4）It will ensure a new expansion in the connotation of the objective stipulated in the basic line and the basic guiding principle of the primary stage of socialism.
