摘 要:目的:研究常见干扰离子对不同仪器离子选择性电极法血清氯测定的影响。方法:用四种不同的电解质分析仪测定溴化钠、碘化钾、硫化钠以及叠氮钠溶液,并在Cl-均值为100mmol/L的混合血清中分别加入上述四种溶液,观察其具体的干扰情况。结果:所测四种物质均对ISE法测定氯离子产生影响,其中叠氮钠的影响最大;不同的仪器受影响的程度不同,其中以仪器受影响的程度最大。结论:不同的干扰离子对不同的离子选择性电极仪器测血清氯的影响程度不一,我们在工作中应加以注意。Objective: To study the influence of different interfering ions in determination of serum chlorine by various ion-selective electrodes. Methods:NaBr,KI.Na2S and NaN3 solution were measured by four various electrolyte analyzer, Then joined The four solution were respectively added into a mixed serum with 100 mmol/L of average Cl^- concentration and the disturbing C1- levels were observed, Results:All the four compounds disturbed the determination of serum chlorine by ion selective electrodes (ISE), There were different interferences from the four compounds in which NaN3 exerted the most interference ,and the most extensive influence was occurred in the apparatus Ⅱ , Conclusion :There are different levels of effects from different interfering ions on the determination of serum chlorine by various inhomogeneous ions-selective electrodes. It should be recognized enough in routine of clinical laboratory.
