摘 要:本文用雌性小鼠研究免疫成分的昼夜节律性。动物自实验前一周置于标准的明暗周期交迭的环境中饲养,自由摄食饮水.在昼夜04:00,08:00,12:00,16:00,20:00,24:00时分别取样测定。结果表明,小鼠血液白细胞(WBC)数、淋巴细胞百分率(Lym%),L-淋巴细胞百分率(T-Lym%)、碳粒廓清能力以及血清溶血素水平等各项指标均呈现明显的昼夜节律特征,按平均余弦法拟合可得其峰值位相时间分别为04:08,07:58,07:57,21:19,02:59时。The circadian rhythm of functions was investigated in female mice;Kunming mice had been housed in a standardized light-dark cycle with food and water ad libitum for one week before experiment began.Samples were taken and detennined respectively at six different time points(04:00,08:00,12:00,16:00,20:00 and 24: 00h) in one day-night cycle.The result showed that white blood cell(WBC) count,lymphocyte percentage(Lym% %) and T-lymphocyte percentage(T-Lym%) in peripheral blood, clearance action of charcoal particles and serum hemolysin concentration(HC50 Value) exhibited a significant circadian rhythmicity.
