摘　　要：金融制度的两种不同类型,市场主导型金融制度和银行主导型金融制度在其效率性方面各有利弊,而不同类型金融制度发挥其效率的前提是有良好而规范的法律体系保障。在我国目前资本市场还未完善的情况下,银行主导型金融制度更有利于经济的稳定发展。There are two types of financial system, market - dominated financial system and bankdominated financial system. Each of them has different efficiency, and their efficiency is guaranteed by standard legal systems. Under the present - day circumstances of imperfect capital market in China, bankdominated financial system is more favorable for the stable economic development in China.
