摘  要:由于中国锅炉燃煤飞灰比电阻高,在电除尘器阳极板上容易出现反电晕现象而造成除尘效率下降。EPIC-Ⅱ电除尘器电源控制系统通过分析二次电压波形,采用间歇供电方式自动调节充电比,可达到最大电晕电压且使反电晕最小。同时EPIC-Ⅱ控制系统还引入了降功率振打,进一步提高了除尘效率。文中以华能威海电厂3号电除尘器为例,详细描述了反电晕对除尘效率的影响及EPIC-Ⅱ控制系统在电除尘器控制系统中的应用,并表明优化充电的间歇供电和降功率振打是抑制反电晕的较好办法。Back corona phenomenal easily occur on the collecting electrode of high resistivity dust electrostatic precipitator(ESP),resulting in the decrease in collection efficiency of ESP.Based upon the analysis,it is held that, intermittent charging and to decrease voltage during vibrating is the optimal scheme for solving high resistivify dust collection.Through analyzing the secondary voltage nave form and adopting intermittent charging to automatically regulate charging ratio,te maximum corona voltage can be obtained with minimum back corona by using EPIC-Ⅱ ESP power source control system.Mean while,an additional software-power control rapper is also in-troduced in the EPIC-Ⅱ control system to further improve the collection efficiency.this paper expounds the impact of back corona on the collection efficiency and the application of EPIC-Ⅱ control system in the #3 ESP in Huaneng Weihai power plant.
