摘  要:介绍了振动尖峰能量法的检测原理,对采用振动尖峰能量法和采用位移、速度、加速度方法检测滚动轴承缺陷进行了比较。比较表明,该方法灵敏可靠,但不宜单独使用,应与其他参数(如位移、速度、加速度等)一起进行综合分析判断才更有效。文中结合滚动轴承监测与诊断的具体实例,总结了使用过程中应注意的问题,如使用同一个加速度传感器,选择同一种安装传感器的方式,判断时要与其他参数相结合。该方法对发现和预防轴承故障具有一定的使用价值。The detection principle of vibration peak energy method was introduced. The method using vibration peak energy to detect rolling bearing was compared with the method adopting displacement, speed and acceleration, which show that this method is more sensitive and reliable, but it is not used alone and should be with other parameters (such as displacement, speed and acceleration etc.) to carry out the effective integration analysis. The specific example of rolling bearing diagnosis and inspection was descried. The problem of notice in the course of use was summarized, such as using a same acceleration transducer, selecting a same kind of installation way of transducer and judging with other parameters. This method has certain value for discovering and preventing bearing fault.
