五种中药对139株微生物体外抗菌活性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究连翘、大青叶、夏枯草、盐肤木树皮水煎液,以及半枝莲挥发油对临床分离菌株的抑制作用,探讨中药在治疗感染性疾病方面的综合作用。方法:将5种中药制成一定浓度的水煎液,按K-B法测定5种中药、中药联合左氧氟沙星及中药联合维生素C对139株从临床标本中分离出的微生物的体外抑制作用。用琼脂稀释法测定大青叶、盐肤木树皮水煎液、半枝莲挥发油3种中药及左氧氟沙星对139株微生物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:大青叶、盐肤木树皮水煎液及半枝莲挥发油对139株微生物有一定的抑菌作用,而连翘、夏枯草对139株微生物的抑菌效果较差;大青叶、盐肤木树皮水煎液、半枝莲挥发油与左氧氟沙星联合应用后对139株微生物的抑菌效果有所增强;在中药中加入一定浓度的维生素C后,增加了中药对微生物的抑菌作用。结论:利用现有的抗感染中、西药物进行组合是一种有效治疗微生物感染性疾病的途径。Objective： To study antibacterial activities of fructus forsythiae, folium isatidis, spica prunellae, the water decoction of bark of Rhus chinensis Mill and essential oil of herba scutellariae barbatae against microbacteria in vitro, and to re- search the effect of Chinese materia medica on bacterial infections. Methods： The 5 Chinese materia medica were prepared water decoctions with certain concentration. According to the K-B-method, the effects of the 5 Chinese materia medica, they corn bined with levofloxacin respectively, and they combined with vitamine C respectively against 139 strains bacteria were determined, Minimal inhibitory concentrations （MIC） of folium isatidis, bark of Rhuschinensis Mill, essential oil of herba scutellari ae barbatae and levofloxacin aganist 139 strains bacteria were determined by agar dilution method. Results,. Folium isatidis, bark of Rhus chinensis Mill and essential oil of herba scutellariae barbatae had an inhibitory effects on 139 strains bacteria, but fructus forythiae and spica prunellae have not. The antibacterial activities of folium isatidis, bark of Rhus chinensis Mill and essential oil of herba scutellariae barbatae combined with levofloxacin or vitamine C increased. Conclusion： The combination of Chinese materia medica and existing medicines against infections may be an effective way to treat bacterial infections,
