美国、日本、德国中小企业融资经验及借鉴

摘　　要：阐述了美国、日本、德国三国中小企业的融资经验和背景,进而总结了我国中小企业的融资问题,指出融资社会化支撑体系不完善,融资渠道单一,融资整合化程度不高,融资市场化水平较低等是目前我国中小企业在融资中存在的主要缺陷,并提出包括完善中小企业信贷服务体系、规范担保体系等在内的,借鉴美国、日本、德国中小企业融资经验的措施。This paper investigated the experiences of small-middle enterprise from the USA, Japan and Germany and analyzed the financial difficulties of small-middle enterprises in our country, putting forward suggestions to resole these problems such as establishing credit service system, improving the guarantee system and so on.
