摘　　要：先秦文献中常见的“册名委质”在理解上常有歧义,“册名委质”实际是对会盟、盟誓的概括性指称,其中的“委质”是盟誓的一个环节,是由礼俗变化来的政治礼仪,带有浓厚的情感色彩。尊卑明显的君臣关系是历史地形成的,并没有特别的仪式来确立这种关系,或“册名委质”是确立君臣关系的仪式是不准确的。There is a misunderstanding of“Cemingweizhi”——a term commonly existed in the papers and books of Qin Dynasty. In fact it is a general term for alliance. “Weizhi” is one step of alliance, and an etiquette developed forms the customs; it was influenced by people＇s attitude and felling. The distinguishing social roles played by kings and officials were established by history. No special ceremonies were devoted to set up the relationship. So it is not correct to treat the term “Cemingweizhi” as a kind of ceremony to establish the relationship be. tween kings and officials.
