离子缔合光度法测定微量锌的研究

摘　　要：提出了Zn(Ⅱ)-SEN-RHB离子缔合物光度法测定微量锌.此方法检出限为0.026μg/ml,线性范围为0.13-0.65μg/ml,RSD为0.89%.An Ions compound system of Zn （ Ⅱ ） - SCN - RI-IB is used for spectrophotometry determination of micro - amounts of Zinc. The detection limit is 0. 025μg/ml; The linear range of the calibration curve was0. 13 - 0. 55μg/ ml. The RSD is 0. 89%.
