摘 要:华北克拉通东南缘(安徽境内)的大地构造背景极有利于金伯利岩的生成和就位.近年来,一些国外金刚石勘探公司投入巨资,在安徽从事金刚石勘探.但是,至今尚未找到原生金伯利岩.省地勘局664地质队在皖北某些地区已发现金伯利岩指示矿物,说明安徽境内有金伯利岩.从地质背景条件分析,至少有两个地质时期有成矿可能,即印支期华北-华南板块俯冲碰撞期和中新生带郯庐深大断裂作用期.The tectonic setting at the southeastern margin of the North China Craton (in Anhui province) is particularly favorable to formation and emplacement of kimberlite. The superior geological conditions have attracted high attention of both domestic exploration units and foreign diamond seekers. During recent years, some overseas diamond exploration companies have inputted a huge sum of money prospecting diamond in Anhui province. Geological Party 664 of Anhui Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources Exploration has found indicator minerals of kimberlite in some places in northern Anhui, implying the existence of kimberlite in Anhui. Analysis of the geological settings suggests at least two episodes conducive to formation of diamond, i.e., the Indosinian North China-South China Plates collision and the deep and extensive Mesozoic-Neozoic Tan-Lu faulting.
