摘 要:该文对计及电压暂降的配网可靠性算法进行了研究,运用改进的支路电流法进行配电网故障前的潮流计算;计算了各种故障下的故障电压和距离的关系;提出一种基于SCBEMA曲线判断敏感负荷是否停运的判据,给出了不同种类用户的电压暂降幅值和持续时间概率曲线;在进行计及电压暂降的配网可靠性指标计算时,用贝叶斯网络计算常规的可靠性指标,结合敏感负荷的停运计算暂降时的指标。该论文所采用的模型是IEEE RTS—6母线测试系统的第5条母线,运用上述方法计算了它的故障域和计及电压暂降时的可靠性指标。An algorithm for the reliability of distribution networks considering voltage sags is proposed in this paper. Using the improved dissipated network for the power flow calculation, the relations between the voltages and the distances under all kinds of faults are analyzed. The criterion of the outage for the sensitive loads based on SCBEMA curves is proposed and can be used to get the probability curves of both amplitudes and durations of the voltage sags for different users. The Bayes formula is used for the traditional reliability indices, and the indices during the voltage sags are calculated with the outage of the sensitive loads. The fifth bus of the IEEE test system RTS-6 is used as the research example. Using the above algorithm, the fault region as well as the reliability indices considering the voltage sags are calculated.
