摘  要:四开关三相变换器异步发电系统因其中的变换器可作为六开关三相变换器容错后的重构拓扑而具有研究价值。文中在研究了电压矢量特点的基础上,建立了该系统基本直接转矩控制的电压矢量选择表,仿真和实验表明基本直接转矩控制可使系统获得优良的动态性能。为提高系统的稳态性能,进一步进行了基于空间矢量调制的直接转矩控制研究,提出了包含磁链与转矩变化趋势与大小信息的电压参考矢量生成方法;针对四开关系统无零矢量的情况,提出用等时间相反矢量来代替零矢量的作用,并提出了两种矢量调制方案,仿真与实验结果表明,基于空间矢量调制的直接转矩控制提高了系统的稳态性能。As FSTPC (Four-Switch Three-Phase Converter) can be used as a reconfiguration topology of SSTPC (Six-Switch Three-Phase Converter) after some fault modes has been tolerated, FSTPC induction generation system is worthwhile to study. Based on research of the feature about voltage vectors, the voltage vector selection table of basic DTC(direct torque control) in FSTPC induction generation system is established. Simulation and experiment results show that the system has an excellent dynamic performance under basic DTC. In order to improve stable performance of the system, SVM-DTC (DTC based on space vector modulation) is investigated. Creation method of reference voltage vector, which includes changing trend and magnitude information of flux link and torque, is presented. Because there is no zero-vector in four-switch system, a method which employs opposite vector in equal time to replace zero-vector is proposed. Two vector modulation schemes are presented. Simulation and experiment results show FSTPC induction generation system has a good stable performance under SVM-DTC.
