摘  要:目的:探讨以聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)作为骨组织工程支架的可行性。方法:体外培养兔骨髓基质细胞(BMSCs),使其向成骨细胞分化后接种于PHB支架上,植入兔下颌角骨缺损中,以单纯缺损、单纯植入材料、植入新鲜骨髓加材料作为对照。4、8、12、24周分别处死各组家兔2只,行大体标本、X线摄片、组织学及扫描电镜观察新骨形成情况。结果:实验组24周大部分材料被骨性组织取代,修复骨缺损效率较对照组高。结论:PHB可以作为组织工程材料中的一种来修复骨缺损。Objective To investigate the feasibility of Poly-β-hydroxybytyrate (PHB) as a scaffolds in bone tissue engineering. Methods Culture the bone marrow stromal cells ( BMSCs ) of rabbit in vitro, proliferate them to osteoblasts with inducer,The cells were harvested and then seeded into PHB.The complexs were implanted into the critical size mandibular defects in rabbits,PHB with fresh marrow group and only PHB alone group as control. The effects of the treatment were evaluated with general observation, radiological, histological examination, and scanning electronic microscope. Results The reconstruction of the defects with the PHB compound BMSCs group was significant superior to control group. Conclusion PHB is one of the ideal scaffold material in bone tissue engineering.
