摘　　要：目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在病理性瘢痕中的表达及意义。方法:对58例病理性瘢痕手术切除标本采用免疫组化方法。结果:MMP-1、TIMP-1、PCNA在病理性瘢痕中呈阳性表达。结论:病理性瘢痕中细外基质合成增加为成纤维细胞过度增殖所致;病理性瘢痕形成与MMP-1、TIMP-1相互作用失衡有关。Objective To study the significance of expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-l（MMP-1） ,Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloproteinase-l（TIMP-1） and Proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） in abnormal scar, Methods The tissue of abnormal scar was obtained from 58 patients who were underwent surgery anti-MMP-l,anti-TIMP-1 and the single-clone antibodies of chemical staining（SABC method ）. Results There are obvious anti-PCNA were used difference about the pos The polyclone antibodies of to performed immunohistotive rate of MMP-1.TIMP-1 and PCNA among abnormal scar and normotrophic scar,normal skin respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The mechanism of abnormal scar formation is correlate with the imbalance of regulation among MMP-1,TIMP-1.
