黑色素细胞痣的整形外科治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨多种整形外科手术方法治疗皮肤黑色素细胞痣的适应证及临床效果。方法:根据痣的部位及大小,分别采用直接切除缝合法、切削术、植皮术和皮肤软组织扩张术,切除106例患者的144处皮损。结果:切削法术后外观基本接近正常,其余141个黑色素细胞痣最终全部切除,痣面积最小为2.0mm×2.5mm,最大为200mm×350mm。通过1～5年随访,切口瘢痕不明显,效果满意。结论:整形外科的治疗方法是治疗皮肤黑色素细胞痣较为实用可行的方法,值得推广。Objective To investigate the indication and therapeutical effect of many kinds of plastic surgical therapies for the melanocytic naevi. Methods Excised 144 cases of melanocytic naevi of 106 patients by using direct excision, tangential excision of razor graft, skin grafting and skin soft tissue expansion according to the site and diameter of the melanocytic nevus. Results The color of operative area after tangential excision of razor graft approached the normal skin, the other 141 cases of melanocytic naevi were excised completely.The minimum area is 2.0mm×2.5mm,the maximal area is 200mm×350mm.the scar is not obvious and the satisfactory effects were obtained after 1～5 years postoperatively. Conclusion The plastic surgical therapy is applicable and should be popularized.
