摘　　要：目的:总结2000年1月～2004年12月中治疗中老年人上睑松垂的临床经验。方法:对年龄在40～81岁的中老年上睑松垂者,根据其具体情况,选择不同切口行矫治术,即重睑切口、眉上切口、眉下切口。结果:本组791例,402例随访3个月～3年,随访结果表明,术后上睑松垂改善明显。结论:选择合适的手术方式,有针对性的矫治上睑松垂和鱼尾纹,美容效果良好。Objective To propose some cosmetic surgery treatment principles on the clinical experiences to correct the middleayed and aged upper eyelid laxity in past five years. Methods To correct the middleaged and aged upper eyelid laxity and temporal winles from 40-81 years,through upper eyelid,supraeyebrow and infraeyebrow incision. Results In a total 791 cases,402 cases were followed up,the outcome satisfied. Conclusion The cosmetic effect turns out to be ideal if we choose proper ways of operation to correct upper eyelid laxity and temporal winkles,
