摘　　要：局域网管理模型通过C/S结构实现,其内容包括流量监测、进程管理、异常报警、轮询监测等功能。利用COM组件技术作为支撑,模型拥有了分布式结构、升级鲁棒性、位置透明性、易扩展性以及一个透明的网络环境。对此模型的建立、实现进行分析,着重阐述了比较有代表性的加密解密和异常报警模块。The implementation of LAN Management Model contained network traffic analysis, process management, exception alarm, circular monitoring, etc. It was implemented through Client/Server structure. Based on COM（Component Object Model）, the model was equiped with distributed feature, upgrade robustness, transparence of location, easy expansibility and a transparent network environment. It was done some analysis on the building of this model.
