黄芪注射液联合新鲜血浆治疗格林巴利综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪注射液联合新鲜血浆治疗格林巴利综合征(GBS)的临床疗效。方法对22例GBS患者在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液及新鲜血浆进行治疗。结果22例患者经联合治疗后临床症状均有明显改善,总有效率为95.45%。结论黄芪注射液联合新鲜血浆治疗GBS有增强免疫功能、增加补体、促使免疫球蛋白平衡、缩短病程、提高治疗效果的作用。Objective To explore clinical effiacy of Huangqizhusheye combinated with fresh plasma to Cuillain-Barre syndrome（GBS）. Methods The treatments of Huangqizhusheye and fresh plasma were added to 22 cases of GBS who were received routine treatment. Results Clinical symptoms of all 22 cases of GBS improved with the total effective rate 95,45 %. Conclusion To GBS, Huangqizhusheye combinated with fresh plasma has the effect of strengthening immunity, increasing complement, balancing immunoglobulin, shortening the disease course, raising efficacy, and improving clinical symptoms.
