丹参水溶液中微量元素对乙醇损伤大鼠胃粘膜的保护性研究

摘　　要：以两种丹参水溶液大鼠灌胃,以研究其保护无水乙醇对胃粘膜的损伤。以胃粘膜损伤指数为指标,采用原子吸收法测定丹参水溶液中的微量元素 Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca 的含量。结果显示,微量元素含量高的一组对大鼠胃粘膜保护作用好。提示微量元素对丹参制剂的药效有促进作用。Protective effect of Radix Salviac miltiorrlizae solutions on absolute ethanol-induced gas- tric mucosal lesion in rats was studies.Cu,Zn,Fe and Ca of quantity in the solution were deter- mineted by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results demonstrated that higher quantity of trace elements in the solution,protection of gastric mucosa from absolute ethanol-induced dam- age in rats was better than lower quantity.These data suggest that trace elements,have agreat effect on Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae solution of medicinal power.
