肾综合征出血热尸检组织免疫复合物和补体的检测及其意义

摘  要:应用双桥 PAP 法对新近3例肾综合征出血热(HFRS)尸检组织进行了系统免疫复合物(IgG、IgM、IgA)和补体(C_3,C_(1q))沉积物的检测,结果所测脏器绝大多数出现阳性;肾脏、大脑、心、肺、垂体、睾丸等组织明显阳性。阳性以 IgG、IgM 和 C_3为强,组织中阳性主要为小血管和毛细血管基底膜及部分内皮细胞。除肾脏、胰腺和某些内分泌腺(肾上腺、脑垂体、甲状腺、胰腺、睾丸)的实质细胞可见阳性外,多数组织实质细胞为弱阳性或阴性。分析和探讨了免疫复合物和补体在 HFRS 发病过程中的意义。Tissues from three case of HFRS autopsies were examined for immune complex(IC)and complement(C)by double bridge peroxidase antiperoxidase(PAP)method.IC and C were found in detected tissues of most cases.The prominent positive organs were in brain,heart, lung,kidney,pituitary and testis.The positive results of IgG,IgM and C_3 were more than those of IgA,C_1q.The positive cells were found mainly in the basement membrance and some en- dothelia of capillaries and small blood vessels.Epithelia of kidney,pancrease and some en- docrine gland(adrenal,pitutary,testis etc)were obviously positive.We suggest the IC and C have a great effect on the pathogenetic mechanism in HFRS.
