摘　　要：目的为有效控制疮疖涂膜剂的质量。方法用HPLC法测定疮疖涂膜剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果用HPLC法测定疮疖涂膜剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量,方法可行,可控性强,回收率高,重现性好。结论HPLC法可用来控制疮疖涂膜剂的质量。Objective Purpose in order to control effectively the qulity of ChuangJie Plaster. Methods the content of ephedrine chloride in the “ ChuangJie Plaster” was determined by HPLC. Results the method was simple,special and accurate, it could exact as a reliable base for quality control of this preparation.
